Job Description
Responsibilities Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, cost estimates, and contract documentation for M&E projects Analyse tender pricing, review contracts, and support submission processes Manage subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations including terms and pricing Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts in a timely manner Monitor project costs, track design changes, and adjust budget projections accordingly Review drawings, specifications, and coordinate M&E details with project teams Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project administration and execution Support project delivery by managing timelines, cost control, and resolving claims or disputes Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related discipline At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in M&E projects Familiar with standard forms of contracts (e.g. PSSCOC, SIA) and Singapore building regulations Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with ability to work independently Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
