Job Description
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of building and A&A projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met Plan, schedule, and coordinate site works across multiple trades including civil, structural, architectural, and M&E Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and work with teams to resolve technical issues Lead site teams including supervisors and technicians to ensure works are executed accurately and on schedule Liaise with clients, consultants, managing agents, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and delivery standards Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or related discipline At least 5 years of experience in building projects or A&A works, with exposure to facilities or maintenance environments Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary building works (civil, architectural, M&E) Able to work independently, lead teams, and manage multiple projects effectively Additional Information Experience in facilities or building maintenance projects is an advantage Class 3 driving licence is good to have Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
