About the Role This is an entry-level role for individuals interested in building a career in audiovisual (AV) technology and event operations. You will support the preparation, setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment for corporate events, exhibitions, webcasts, livestreams, and rentals across Singapore. No prior AV experience is required. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and exposure to real-world event operations. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy practical, hands-on work and want to develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Equipment Preparation Prepare equipment based on packing lists and job sheets. Test, clean, label, pack, and stage equipment for upcoming deployments. Ensure cables, accessories, adapters, and power distribution items are complete and deployment-ready. Report damaged, faulty, or missing equipment. Support stock organisation and equipment readiness. Delivery & Logistics Support Load and unload equipment safely. Support delivery, collection, and movement of equipment. Handle equipment such as displays, projectors, speakers, lighting, and equipment cases with care. Assist with vehicle packing for efficient deployment. On-Site Event Support Assist with setup, testing, operation, and teardown of AV systems. Run cables neatly and safely. Support audio, video, lighting, and display systems. Assist with basic troubleshooting during setup and live events. Follow operational procedures, checklists, and instructions from supervisors. Requirements No prior experience required. Training will be provided. Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving equipment. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules when required. Able to work both in a warehouse environment and at event sites. Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
