📍 Kaki Bukit 💰 Salary: Up to $3,600 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:45pm We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Executive to support project-based procurement and logistics operations within the elevator industry. This role is ideal for candidates with experience handling technical or project parts from procurement through to site delivery. 🔧 Job Responsibilities Ensure all customs clearance procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner Handle inbound shipments , including coordination of delivery schedules and documentation Manage marine insurance claims and documentation where required Liaise closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal project teams Track and monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery to project sites Review existing logistics processes and propose improvements for cost efficiency and operational effectiveness Support end-to-end logistics coordination from purchase order (PO) issuance to site delivery 📌 Requirements Experience in handling project-based parts ordering (PO to site delivery) Familiar with logistics operations in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors (elevator industry is a plus) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Experience with SAP system is required Strong coordination and communication skills Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments/projects To apply, please click on “Apply Now” or email your latest resume to dorothy@recruitlync.com / WhatsApp 85017683.
