Job Description
Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to high standards Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee bar and equipment throughout the day Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience Monitor inventory of beans, milk, and supplies, and restock when necessary Support team members during busy periods, including basic cashiering or service help Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor Oversee daily store and shift operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, product quality, and cleanliness standards. Manage store opening and closing, safeguard assets, and resolve operational issues promptly. Support inventory control through stock estimation, usage tracking, and waste reduction. Maintain product quality, visual display, and merchandising standards. Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and stay informed about customer demographics and local market trends. Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure consistent service and operational excellence. Requirements Strong interest in coffee and café culture, with a good understanding of espresso fundamentals Comfortable operating manual and semi-automatic espresso machines Able to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Friendly and service-driven, with clear communication skills
