As part of its growth strategy in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region, the company is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business expansion and develop key customer relationships within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives. Identify and acquire new customers within precision engineering, machining, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and related industries. Manage and grow existing key accounts while expanding market share. Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, OEMs, and end-users. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans for management review. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry exhibitions, and networking events. Collaborate with regional and global teams to support business growth initiatives. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines. Proven sales and business development experience within the industrial tooling, cutting tools, metalworking, machining, CNC, precision engineering, or manufacturing sectors .
