Job Description
Job Scope: Oversee day-to-day operations of outsourced projects. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead, manage, and develop team performance through coaching and evaluations. Allocate and optimise manpower and resources to meet service demands. Review and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure service quality standards are met or exceeded. Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage vendor relationships to support effective service delivery. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, with actionable insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5 years of hands on experience in ground operations management Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence. Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to drive process excellence will be advantageous.
