Position Overview: As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experience to Removery clients. In this fast-paced, client-focused position, you’ll communicate with clients through phone, text, and email — ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to empathy, professionalism, and care. This is an elevated customer service role focused on supporting current clients and maintaining a positive perception of the Removery brand. The role reports directly to the Client Service Manager. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a 5-star experience by providing professional, compassionate client support. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments through inbound and outbound communication. Coordinate timely studio and clinical support for aftercare inquiries or client concerns. Handle first level escalations with empathy, confidence, and effective problem-solving. Collaborate closely with studio staff, clinical leaders, and Regional Managers to ensure seamless client support. Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and performance goals. Complete all assigned responsibilities with accuracy, professionalism, and independence.
