Role Overview The Product Engineer will work as a multi-disciplinary European technical resource, interfacing with Sales and Customers on advanced AI driven robotic picking solutions for warehouses. The role will involve managing a Show Room, Demo and Test site in Amsterdam and conducting pre-sales and post-sales customer site visits. What You Will Do Lead European Demo and Test site for Robotic Picking, Coordinate visits to BG Amsterdam, Lead tours and in-depth product demonstrations, Conduct customer site pre-sale visits, Evaluate customer requirements vs technology, Conduct customer tests at Amsterdam demo site under direction of Go To Market team, Perform visits to existing and ramping Customer sites, Analysis and expert investigations for onsite issues, Interact with operating teams, Complete data analysis to increase value at existing sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, computer science, or a related field, and experience working on teams bringing products to market or in a start-up environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Economics, a related field or strong computer science skills. Ability to present findings and build consensus. Presentation and public speaking 2+ years of experience with warehouse logistics, automation or industrial robotics. Experience working on teams bringing products to market or a start-up.
