EMCD is a global technology leader in the crypto industry, best known as the #1 mining pool in Eastern Europe and a Top-10 mining pool worldwide. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions. As part of our expansion, we are developing white-label solutions that allow partners to launch scalable, secure and high-performance fintech and blockchain products. We are looking for a senior-level Head of Organizational Effectiveness who will build and drive the company's performance ecosystem across the entire organisation. This is not a traditional HRBP or People Partner role. The position sits at the intersection of Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, OKR/KPI Governance, and Total Rewards, with direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership team. Your Mission Build and scale a company-wide performance management framework that aligns business goals, leadership accountability, compensation strategy, and organisational execution. You will own the design and implementation of performance operating systems, governance processes, incentive programs, and leadership accountability frameworks that support EMCD 's next stage of growth. What You Will Do Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness Design and implement company-wide OKR and KPI frameworks. Establish performance governance processes, performance reviews, and leadership calibration practices. Improve organizational alignment, accountability, and execution discipline. Drive visibility into business performance and strategic priorities. Build scalable frameworks that support organisational growth and operational maturity. Compensation, Incentives & Rewards Design and evolve LTI, bonus, incentive, and retention programs. Align compensation philosophy with business outcomes and performance metrics.
