This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing a large-scale paid social acquisition channel across Meta and other social platforms. The ideal candidate is a senior-level performance operator who understands how to scale paid social programs through disciplined testing, creative iteration, and data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, identify opportunities quickly, and continuously refine performance. You must be comfortable managing large budgets of $400k/mo+. Position Responsibilities You will lead strategy and execution across paid social acquisition campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and supporting the broader acquisition organization.
