Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue Expand customer base by achieving targeted sales growth Manage client relationships by negotiating and closing business agreements Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions Prepare detailed sales reports, proposals, and business plans to support business objectives Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and project execution Support marketing and business expansion initiatives to enhance market presence Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Business, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development or related roles Strong communication skills demonstrated through client engagement and negotiation Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in trading, wholesale, logistics, or related industries
