Excellent Employee-Centric Environment Our client, a renowned main contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a M&E Assistant Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of M&E projects within data centre environments, ensuring successful execution from start to completion. Monitor project progress, cost, and schedule, ensuring timely delivery within budget and project specifications. Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders. Engage with clients to understand requirements, conduct technical reviews, and propose value engineering solutions. Ensure all works comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Track project risks and challenges, providing timely updates and implementing effective solutions. Supervise, mentor, and manage project teams and contractors to drive performance and accountability. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience managing data centre construction or M&E projects. Strong understanding of project delivery, cost control, and scheduling within a construction environment. Good knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Possession of a valid Electrician’s Licence issued by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) is advantageous.
