WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? The Performance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the company’s media trading activities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This strategic position is ideal for a seasoned media trading professional who possesses robust operational oversight and leadership experience. You will report to the SVP of Commercial Operations and Governance to drive process improvements and align media trading strategies with broader business objectives. How will YOU contribute to the Team? Media Trading Operations Oversight: Oversee end-to-end media trading processes, including planning, execution, and optimisation of media buys across various channels. Conduct comprehensive reviews of the company’s end-to-end media trading workflows. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation. Capability Assessment: Evaluate the media trading team’s skillset, structure, and operational efficiency. Provide recommendations for training, resourcing, and performance enhancement to ensure the team remains competitive and effective. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the SVP of Commercial Operations and Governance to ensure media trading activities align with company policies and broader business goals. Performance and Risk Management: Monitor key media trading metrics and analyse performance trends. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks. Reporting and Insights: Deliver regular updates and analytical insights to the SVP. Support informed strategic and financial decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Governance and Compliance: Ensure all media trading activities adhere to internal controls and external compliance requirements. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
