Job Description Lead process systems from conceptual design through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and final handover. Develop and progress key design deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, specifications, datasheets, and functional descriptions in line with project requirements. Perform engineering calculations such as equipment sizing, pressure loss, and heat & mass balances, including capacity assessments based on client URS. Participate in and support design reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements. Prepare tender specifications, evaluate bids, and support subcontractor selection and appointment processes. Review and approve technical submittals, subcontractor designs, and ensure all interfaces and system integrations meet specifications. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, including defining acceptance criteria, managing site testing, and closing punch lists. Monitor construction progress, quality, and subcontractor performance, including review of variations, claims, and installation standards. Ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including test packs, as-built drawings, and handover manuals. Act as Work Package Owner (WPO), managing assigned packages end-to-end while promoting safe work practices, professionalism, and alignment with company objectives. Job R
