Famous Real Estate Developer Excellent Employee-Centric Environment East Industrial Building Experience is preferred Our client, a famous real estate developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Technical Executive (Hard Services). Implement preventive maintenance programmes for all M&E systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Manage service contracts and coordinate with service providers to carry out maintenance and rectification works. Investigate defects and technical issues, reviewing and challenging recommendations from contractors where necessary. Oversee tenant requests related to M&E services and support upgrading and improvement works. Plan, organise, and monitor M&E operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and asset objectives. Support capital expenditure projects, asset enhancement initiatives, and tenant fit-out works. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and preparation of monthly reports, including variance analysis. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant experience in building operations or property management. Good knowledge of building maintenance, tenant management, and M&E systems. Familiarity with building automation systems is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is an advantage. Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
