Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license to facilitate site visits and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors efficiently. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Prepare project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts. Ensure adherence to workplace safety and regulatory requirements. Handle budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials. Resolve issues that arise during construction phases. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, Electrical works and project planning. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license with Singapore experience. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
