Experience in biopharma project is preferred EPC Firm 5 days, Monday - Friday West Our client is lobal EPC leader specialising in engineering solutions, delivering ultra-clean and sustainable facilities for high-tech industries. Responsibilities: Prepare and develop BIM models and drawings across project stages, including tender, construction, shop, coordination, and as-built documentation. Review and clarify engineering and architectural designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Support the design team in producing detailed drawings such as site plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and technical details. Maintain and update drawings and models in accordance with design revisions, ensuring proper version control and documentation standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and Qualified Persons to support submission drawings and regulatory requirements. Work closely with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards and effective space coordination. Develop 2D/3D BIM deliverables, perform material take-offs, and support clash detection and resolution during coordination meetings. Support or lead BIM model development (for senior roles), including mentoring team members and ensuring deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. Requirements: Diploma, technical certificate in Engineering or a related discipline Proficient in CAD design and coordination within the construction or engineering industry. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D and P&ID (or equivalent tools) is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work. Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver projects on time in accordance with specifications.
