With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team. Responsibilities Lead the development of detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to establish project goals and deliverables. Supervise construction activities to ensure alignment with design intent, quality expectations, and safety standards. Track project milestones and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Manage project budgets, control expenditures, and uphold financial accountability. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project duration. Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and relevant authorities. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry best practices. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Provide senior management with regular project updates, including progress, challenges, and risk assessments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of proven project management experience in the construction sector, preferably involving hotel or hospitality developments. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects within budget and schedule. Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
