Job Description
Drive acquisition of SME clients requiring short-term working capital by actively sourcing and building your own pipeline. Engage business owners to understand their financing needs and structure suitable loan solutions based on cash flow and repayment ability. Conduct initial financial reviews using company financials, bank records, and ACRA data before submission. Manage the full deal cycle from prospecting and pitching to approval, closing, and post-disbursement follow-up. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat financing, referrals, and portfolio growth while monitoring repayment performance. Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant experience in SME financing, business lending, or unsecured loan sales . Proven ability to originate and close deals independently in a target-driven environment. Good understanding of SME financials, cash flow assessment, and basic credit evaluation. Strong sales mindset with resilience and confidence in client acquisition.
