Job Description: Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle of electrical installation works for construction projects. Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, procurement activities, and resource requirements. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, claims, and project profitability. Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure compliance with project standards. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Manage project risks, resolve technical and site-related issues, and implement corrective actions when required. Supervise and provide leadership to project engineers, supervisors, and site teams. Prepare project reports, documentation, and project close-out submissions.
