Role summary Support the Project Manager in planning, organising, and coordinating from initiation through to successful delivery Act as a key coordination point between clients, subcontractors, site teams, and internal stakeholders across all project phases Maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and flag risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices Key duties Assist the Project Manager in planning, organising, and coordinating all aspects of project delivery Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and implement timely resolutions to maintain schedule and budget Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and financial records Oversee site supervisors, tradespeople, and project team members to ensure work meets project standards and timelines Support implementation of and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all project activities Recommend enhancements to project management processes as part of continuous improvement initiatives Manage competing priorities under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Minimum 3 years' proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the Energy, Offshore, or Marine Navigation Systems Sector Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective across cross-functional and client-facing teams Proficiency in project management tools and software Sound knowledge of quality procedures and relevant regulations PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage How t
