Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Interior & Architecture Construction) to lead and oversee high-quality interior and architectural construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities Lead and manage interior and architectural construction projects end-to-end, from pre-contract to post-handover stages, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating resources and priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of project tasks Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during site activities Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and progress reports to track milestones and inform stakeholders Lead site and coordination meetings to define scope of work, establish timelines, and clarify contractor requirements for seamless project execution Collaborate with internal designers, sales teams, vendors, and project teams to facilitate smooth pre-site preparation and on-site operations Manage contracts, variations, and cost control measures to maintain budget integrity throughout project lifecycle Assist in preparing tender documentation, pricing proposals, and client development initiatives as needed Ensure quality workmanship by proactively resolving project issues and aligning deliverables with client expectations Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams to foster professional growth and high performance Operate independently across project management, site supervision, and stakeholder engagement functions to drive project success Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree, Post Gradu
