Student Management Resource Personnel 1. Positive School Culture Development Champion school-wide positive behavior initiatives Collaborate with other committees (e.g. YL/SDWB) to design character development programs that instill self-discipline and align with school values. Promote inclusive practices that ensure every student feels supported, connected, and empowered within the school community 2. Operations Management Oversee daily operational routines including morning assembly and school arrival Monitor student attendance and punctuality, with timely interventions where necessary Coordinate response to disciplinary incidents Maintain systematic documentation of student management cases Organize key school events that promote positive student behavior Ensure appropriate consequences are meted out in a timely manner. 3. Data Analysis and Monitoring Track and analyze student behavior trends Monitor effectiveness of intervention programs Generate regular reports on student management outcomes. 4. Student Support and Intervention Implement tiered support system for students requiring behavioural intervention Coordinate with external agencies for specialized support when needed Develop and manage support programmes for at-risk students Work with parents to ensure consistent approach to student management
