Job Description: -Overall in charge in planning, implementation & management of facade works sub-contract -Manage & supervise project team members to ensure the works are executed according to plan, on schedule and within budget -Attend to all meetings with the clients & consultants, coordination meetings, design workshop, etc to keep track of facade works sub-contract progress -Manage subcontractors, suppliers & vendors to match project team requirements -Close tracking & monitoring of the project works execution from planning, design development, procurement, production, delivery to site works execution -Report to Vice. President & President -Other duties as assigned Job Requirement: -Degree in a Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering related field -Preferable min 9 years working experience in the field of Project Management with experience in façade works package -Outstanding organization, coordination leadership and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effortlessly with the clients, consultants & contractors -Ability to work in a team environment -Certifications in BCSS, CSCPM, Confined Space Safety Accessor and work at height for Supervisor, added advantage -Overseas experiences added advantage Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate. -Willing to work Alternative Full Saturday Other Information: Working Location: Project Based Allocation
