Advise on risk management strategies and mitigate potential legal risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and provide solutions. Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolutions, and negotiations as required. Keep abreast of legal developments in the FMCG and food industry to provide relevant advice. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on legal compliance and best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have: A degree in Law from a recognised institution. Proven expertise in legal advisory, contract management, and compliance in the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to the food sector. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
