Role Overview The Division Chief of Operations provides operational responsibility for directing Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services for the Company. This employee manages line personnel and their performance while providing service to customers. What You Will Do Coordinates the work of his/her functions and information exchanges with other organizations external to the company, represents the Company to various individuals and groups, and prepares the budget for his/her functions. Why It Might Be a Fit Requires 10 years of paid professional all risk fire experience or equivalent, 5 years as a company officer/supervisor, and a valid driver's license, medical examiner's card, and clean driver's record.
