We've processed 10M+ orders and our products — Lula Hub, Lula Direct, and Lula Solo — help convenience stores compete as modern, omnichannel retailers.</p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p>We're hiring our first dedicated Senior Financial Analyst to own the financial operations of a fast-growing SaaS and marketplace business. You'll be the person who knows where every dollar is coming from, where it's going, and what it means for where we're headed.</p><p>Reporting directly to the CEO with day-to-day partnership from our fractional CFO, you'll own revenue forecasting, billing, collections, monthly close, and the board reporting that shapes our decisions. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain a finance function — it's for someone who wants to build one.</p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><p><em><strong>Revenue &amp; Forecasting</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain forecasting models across subscription, revenue-share (GMV-based), and project-based revenue streams</p></li><li><p>Model new customer cohorts, ramp assumptions, and ARPU trends</p></li><li><p>Reconcile revenue across Stripe, ACH, and partner payouts (Grubhub, ExtraMile, and others)</p></li><li><p>Partner with Sales and Account Management to translate pipeline into a credible revenue forecast</p></li></ul><p><em><strong>Monthly Close &amp; Reporting</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Own the monthly P&amp;L in partnership with our outsourced accounting team</p></li><li><p>Produce monthly financial packages for leadership and the board</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain KPI dashboards: ARR, ARPU, gross margin, burn, runway, CAC, and others</p></li><li><p>Reforecast against actuals as the business evolves</p></li></ul><p><em><strong>Billing, AR &amp; Collections</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Own end-to-end invoicing and collections across SaaS subscriptions, rev-share invoices, and project billing</p></li><li><p>Manage failed payments, dunning, and account suspension policies</p></li><li><p>Migrate remaining legacy per-order customers onto subscription billing</p></li><li><p>Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and vendors</p></li></ul><p><em><strong>Cash &amp; Banking</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Manage cash flow forecasting, payment timing, and Stripe payout schedules</p></li><li><p>Reconcile bank accounts and partner payouts; surface discrepancies before they compound</p></li><li><p>Support banking operations including account openings and closures</p></li></ul><p><em><strong>Compliance &amp; Special Projects</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Support tax filings and R&amp;D tax credit documentation</p></li><li><p>Support Series A close and ongoing cap table and equity administration</p></li><li><p>Drive process improvements across payment categorization, internal dashboards, and financial data SLAs</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li><p>3–6 years in finance, accounting, FP&amp;A, or revenue operations — ideally at a SaaS, marketplace, or fintech company</p></li><li><p>Strong financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable building from a blank page</p></li><li><p>Fluency with billing and payment systems (Stripe experience a plus) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of US GAA
