As a Shipper Compliance Specialist you’ll set our service standards high and ensure we’re always meeting them, never settling for substandard. You’ll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. The AIC program (Auditing, Insights and Compliance) audits contacts and collates feedback to create data that measures policy compliance of critical contacts (defined as on-road incidents, health related or escalations) and actions associates take to enable delivery success. This role requires regular travel to C-nodes multiple times per week. Business hours are flexible based on operational needs.Key job responsibilitiesContributing to and producing weekly reports on Network Quality dataConducting weekly audits and reaching set targetsEvaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions such create/modify existing SOP’sDeep dive further into data and audit calls to prove or disprove a hypothesisCommunicate with customers using verbal and written communication methods, ensuring accuracy and concision.Retrospectively escalating Customer and Driver complaints to the appropriate departmentsBe aware of and adhere to applicable company policies when dealing with customer interactionsCollaborate with team members to strive for continuous improvementTrack the results of changes made and measure improvementWork independently on projects or tasks to identify and resolve issuesA day in the lifeThe Shipper Compliance Specialist facilitates flow of information between Shipping with Amazon and our external customers, proactively resolving any potential issues that impacts customer experience and performance delivery.The Shipper Compliance Specialist provides proactive and timely resolution to any issue in hand by researching & querying internal tools, by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (verbal and written) that build rapport.About the teamThe EU Shipping with Amazon team operates a shipping service that supports ecommerce businesses across the UK, Italy, Spain, and France.
