Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Oil & Energy industry Position Title: Administrative Executive (HR & Accounts Support) Working Location: West – Tuas (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle) Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + OT + AWS Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and management team, including filing, documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence management. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and preparing reports, memos, and other administrative documents as required. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents, and support basic accounts administration for audit and finance purposes. Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and welfare initiatives. Support recruitment and HR administrative functions, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding processes, and applicant communication. Promote workplace safety, health, and environmental practices while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!!
