Position Title: Occupational Therapist Grade II Location: Bright Hill Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 Job Description * Provide Occupational Therapy services for assigned inpatient, outpatient, and home care caseloads. * Provide coverage for assigned wards and ensure continuity of care. * Conduct initial assessments and periodic reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases. * Develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans. * Perform weekly reviews, treatment updates, and discharge planning. * Follow up with patients under supervision. * Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and family meetings. * Comply with clinical guidelines and ensure proper handover arrangements during leave coverage. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care. * Ensure the safe use of rehabilitation equipment and report defects or incidents when required. * Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic carry-over. * Provide caregiver training when necessary. * Apply evidence-based assessments and treatment interventions under supervision. * Handle daily billing and organize caseload distribution. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including assessments, reassessments, treatment plans, memos, and incident reports in the Infocare system. * Comply with Nursing Home Standards Guidelines and PDPA requirements. * Participate in continuing professional development, in-service training, and community health education programmes. * Assist in collecting and maintaining statistical information for regular reporting. * Support patient engagement activities and observe referral trends. Requirements * Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). * Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate. * Possess a valid BCLS + AE
