Salary: $15/hr Weekdays, $18/hr Weekends (no cpf) Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon-fri office hours alternate sat half day (only if activated) Location: Clementi (Shuttle bus from Jurong east Mrt) Job Description: 1. Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking 2. Process medication orders/ prescriptions in accordance to set standards 3. Perform quality checks on picked medication orders/ prescriptions and pack for delivery 4. Work with informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems 5. Manage inventory, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take 6. Perform billing procedures for services provided 7. Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover and issue resolution 8. Assist in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables 9. Assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects 10. Assist in managing operations in assigned section if appointed as team leader 11.
