Overview Dane Street is seeking experienced Orthopedic Surgeons licensed in Georgia to join our growing panel of independent physician reviewers. In this role, you will utilize your orthopedic expertise to conduct medical record reviews and provide objective, evidence-based clinical opinions. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to customize your workload while working as a 1099 independent contractor. Position Description As a Physician Reviewer, you will evaluate medical records, prepare concise clinical summaries, and provide independent medical opinions in response to client-specific questions. Reviews may involve assessing medical necessity, causation, appropriateness of care, treatment recommendations, impairment ratings, and disability-related matters. Primary responsibilities include: Reviewing medical records and supporting documentation Conducting evidence-based clinical assessments Preparing clear and comprehensive written reports Participating in peer-to-peer discussions when necessary Answering client-specific questions regarding orthopedic conditions and treatment plans Applying current clinical guidelines and standards of care to all reviews Areas of Expertise General Orthopedic Surgery Musculoskeletal Injuries and Disorders Fracture Management Joint Conditions and Degenerative Disease Sports-Related Injuries Trauma and Orthopedic Rehabilitation Surgical and Non-Surgical Orthopedic Care Join a team that values your expertise and commitment to improving the quality and accuracy of healthcare assessments. Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery Current, unrestricted Georgia medical license Active clinical practice or recent experience in Orthopedic Surgery Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience Ability to attend required orien
