Job Summary The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients for XPS’s Digital Marketing and AI Solutions portfolio. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Singapore to expand XPS’s client base. Develop and execute targeted account acquisition strategies for SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise customers. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and digital outreach. Conduct discovery meetings to assess client business challenges and growth objectives. Present and position XPS’s digital marketing, AI, and technology solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders. Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations to support sales efforts. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, achieving set sales targets. Develop and sustain strong relationships with business owners, marketing leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and senior executives. Maintain regular engagement with prospects and customers to foster trust and satisfaction. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform market development. Gather and report market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making. Participate in networking events, conferences, seminars, and business associations to enhance market presence.
