About the Role LX Global is looking for a versatile, client-facing AI Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for our China-market clients. You will work directly with clients from initial business discovery through to final sign-off, translating their needs into working AI prototypes, refining solutions iteratively, and ensuring quality delivery. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong UI/UX and client-engagement components, suited to someone who thrives working independently and enjoys mentoring aspiring engineers. Key Responsibilities Conduct business needs analysis with clients: lead discovery sessions, document requirements, define scope, and secure client sign-off, ensuring compliance with data privacy and AI governance standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 42001). Design and build AI mock-ups and demos rapidly using tools such as Streamlit, Python frameworks, and HTML, prioritising clean, intuitive UI/UX tailored to client use cases. Refine solutions iteratively based on client feedback, distinguishing enhancements from change requests and managing scope responsibly. Plan and manage project delivery using Agile/Scrum methods and tools such as GitHub Projects and Monday.com, setting milestones, tracking progress, and communicating transparently with clients. Review and validate solutions: define testing specifications, oversee unit/integration/end-to-end testing, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients: prepare documentation, deploy to cloud environments, guide clients through testing, and obtain formal sign-off. Coach and mentor junior AI engineers across prototyping, refinement, and delivery. Requirements Proven experience as an AI/software engineer delivering client-facing solutions end-to-end.
