This role focuses on promoting positive student behaviour and ensuring a safe, orderly school environment. Key Responsibilities A. On-Ground Discipline Support Promote positive student behaviour across the school environment Carry out canteen supervision, detention monitoring, traffic management, and regular patrols within the school and surrounding areas Oversee students placed on in-house suspension, ensuring adherence to school rules and meaningful engagement with assigned tasks Provide in-class support for students exhibiting behavioural challenges B. Administrative & Communication Support Support student development key personnel in case management, including fact-finding, engagement with students and parents, coordination of follow-ups, and monitoring of student progress Assist the Discipline team in day-to-day management of student discipline Assist in conducting home visits with school personnel and making follow-up calls to parents Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily activities at the in-house detention centre Conduct regular patrols of school premises to maintain orderliness Participate in case management for at-risk students Conduct investigations as part
