Job Description
Participate in new product development and support existing products for continuous improvements. Collaborate and interface with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing, etc.) to achieve project goals. Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines. Create electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design documents, and maintain design history. Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments. Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams. Job Requirements: Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Familiar with any electrical CAD software package. Good team player who can work well within a multidisciplinary team. Hands-on experience in electrical system or subsystem design will be a plus. Knowledge in motion control systems will be a plus.
