As the Financial Analyst, you'll be a core finance partner to a high-velocity, scaling business by translating complex commercial activity into clean financials, sharp insights, and executive-ready narratives. This role sits at the intersection of accounting rigor and strategic finance.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Financial Close: Own month end processes and actualization of the Ads P&L, including revenue, expenses, and headcount, and ensure all data is accurate and organized efficiently.</li> <li>FP&A Reporting: Drive variance analyses and forecasting for Finance and Ads leadership on a weekly basis. Own all budget, actuals, and forecast variance analyses and provide forward-looking insights on revenue/expense trends.</li> <li>Budget Management: Approve and own spend across the rapidly growing business. Collaborate with procurement and business operations to understand vendor usage and ROI to the business. </li> <li>Ads Reporting: Provide reporting for campaign margins, account growth, and sales rep efficiency routinely. Build relationships with cross functional teams to deliver well-rounded, thoughtful insights.</li> <li>Executive Presentation: Translate dense data into clean, executive-ready Google Slides for VP- and C-suite reviews.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Experience:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.</li> <li>Strong accounting background preferred. FP&A and/or advertising experience is helpful but not required.</li> <li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge: you are able to comfortably dig through spreadsheets, even ones you have not built.</li> <li>Curiosi
