Role Overview The Assistant Executive, Finance will support the Executive Office's finance operations, specifically within the Accounts Payable function. This role involves processing payment transactions, maintaining accurate documentation, and liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assist in processing and managing payment transactions in a timely manner, including verifying and validating supporting documentation and reconciling discrepancies Maintain accurate documentation of all payment transactions and supporting documents, including payment approvals and authorisations Handle payment-related enquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders Undertake ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications (either): Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or Business, OR Diploma in other fields with minimum 3 year of relevant experience in finance or a related field Key Experience (must be current or within last 2 roles held after 2020): Managing Accounts Payable function within finance operations Managing invoice validation including checks on supporting documents Maintaining high accuracy standards in data entry in tracking spreadsheets Excel proficiency includes VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting Key Skills: Strong/good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Good numerical skills and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication skills to liaise with officers Adaptable and willing to learn new processes Open to using digital solutions or AI tools to enhance work efficiency Other Requirements: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident Must be available for full contract period (1 Aug 2026 to 31 July 2027, with option to extend) Willing to attend virtual interview via Microsoft Teams if shortlisted What We Offer Attractive salary package (4,500 – 4,800 per month) Contract position with option for 1-year extension Central location (Gran
