Job Description
As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) you will be responsible for helping guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud. In this highly visible position you - Experience in networking fundamentals, security, databases (Relational and/or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows) - Bachelor's degree, or experience in external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Fluent German Proficiency in required for this role - Experience in project and program management and delivering key business outcomes
