We believe that great things can happen when we create space for people to light fully . Job Summary: The Virtual Program Coordinator (VPC) supports the daily operations of virtual-specific programs. This role provides both support to clients and Client Care Specialists, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. The Virtual Program Coordinator acts as a leader to more junior staff and provides direct assistance to program leadership. Major Responsibilities: • Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). • Supports clients physical and psychological safety throughout daily operations of assigned program. • Completes accurate and timely documentation, to include any interactions and communications with clients. • Provides general milieu management. • Manages client scheduling needs. • Completes and submits program related reporting to senior leadership staff. • Coordinates client case
