Examples of creditable experience include: The ability to serve as the Director and as the intelligence technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Senior Intelligence Analyst/Advisor (SIA) on all Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Acquisition Intelligence matters; responsible for the planning, programming, execution, operational direction, and management of all intelligence functions and resources supporting intelligence sensitive programs. Ideal Candidate Statement: Applicant has demonstrated mastery of the entire intelligence life cycle, its policies, and specifically its application to acquisition and Science & Technology (S&T) efforts. Has extensive experience in a supervisory role, capable of leading and managing complex intelligence operations, including the planning, programming, and execution of resources. Has a proven ability to communicate both up & out and down & into the organization. Proven track record of providing authoritative advice to senior executive-level leaders, influencing strategic decisions and fostering relationships across the national intelligence community. Not only understands advanced analytical principles but also has a track record of applying them to produce detailed threat assessments and guide multi-program solutions for critical defense technologies.
