Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end event logistics for corporate events, client engagement sessions, and community activations from brief to execution Source and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers — negotiating effectively to deliver quality within budget Build detailed event run sheets, timelines, and checklists that leave nothing to chance and keep every stakeholder aligned Work closely with marketing, communications, and client-facing teams to ensure events deliver on brand and business objectives Manage event registrations, guest communications, and on-site coordination to create seamless and professional attendee experiences Troubleshoot on-the-day challenges with calm, quick thinking, and a solutions-first mindset that keeps things running smoothly Gather post-event feedback and produce detailed debrief reports with insights and actionable recommendations for future improvements Build strong industry networks with partners, suppliers, and collaborators that elevate event quality and expand future opportunities Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client, vendor, and team engagement Able to work well under pressure and adapt confidently to last-minute changes or unexpected challenges EA License Number: 25C2980 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.
