Amazon is looking to hire an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Global Realty team and play a critical role in driving the EU Customer Fulfillment network across UK & DE. This role will identify, - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or another related field - Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment - Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment - In-depth knowledge of planning law, development projects and site assembly - Knowledge of life cycle of physical assets (property and buildings), including the acquisition and disposition of assets - English essential, spoken German and/or French preferred
