Chartered Management Degree Apprentice – Create Impact Through Leadership at AmazonDo you have the passion to inspire teams while shaping business success?Join Amazon as a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice - To qualify for this programme, you must: - Be a UK national, a non-UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status in the UK - Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship (September 2026) - Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2029) - Be resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme - Not be registered on another UK government-funded course ending August 2026 or later - Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026) - Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English - Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent) - Have at least 2 years' supervisory experience (essential), including experience overseeing projects, operations, budgets, or teams - with accountability for delivery, outcomes, and performance. Direct line management is not required, but you must demonstrate clear ownership and oversight beyond individual contribution. - Please note, if you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then we will require a Statement of Comparability to confirm your eligibility for the scheme. Please ensure you obtain one during the application process, through UK ENIC: https://www.enic.org.uk/ - Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval - PLEASE NOTE: This position is a 30-month fixed-term contract.
