As a Pan-EMEA Account Executive, you will own multi-market relationships with global/regional agency groups - Significant experience in international media or creator/influencer sales, including multi-market campaigns and senior executive engagement; - Proven record designing and delivering cross-country, creator-led programs with clear KPIs and post-campaign measurement; - Robust agency-network and enterprise advertiser relationships across EMEA; comfort influencing annual planning and JBP-style roadmaps; - Mastery of modern video/social ecosystem and creator economy mechanics (briefing, contracts, usage rights, performance); - Ability to lead through ambiguity in a matrixed environment.
