What You’ll Do IPO & Financial Reporting Lead or support S-1 preparation, including drafting and reviewing financial statements, MD&A, and footnotes in line with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations to ensure financial reporting aligns with the overall S-1 story Work closely with auditors, valuation specialists, and legal counsel to support filing and audit readiness Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation process in compliance with the U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements (10-K, 10-Q post-IPO) Support non-GAAP reconciliations, key metrics reporting, and investor-facing disclosures Technical Accounting & Policy Development Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos to support audits and SEC review Support SOX 404(a) readiness by improving documentation and strengthening key controls over financial reporting Develop and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP Process Improvement & Team Development Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close to ensure consistent application of accounting policies Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and document accounting impacts of new contracts and business initiatives Improve accounting processes, strengthen controls, and drive automation where possible Monitor new FASB guidance and recommend practical implementation approaches Provide guidance to team members on technical acc
