About This Role We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to lead Crusoe's workforce development initiatives in a critical dual-purpose role. You'll be responsible for both hands-on training and the strategic management of our training programs, including sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and the assembly of modular data centers.
