About the Role We are hiring a Technical Oversight - Post Closing to own loan delivery, purchase timelines, and post-closing issue resolution across our investor and whole-loan channels. This role is accountable for ensuring closed loans are delivered cleanly, purchased quickly, and resolved efficiently when issues arise. You will serve as the primary owner of investor delivery and rebuttals, as well as the main point of contact for sellers whose loans we purchase and the investors we sell to. This is a hands-on role for someone who has independently managed suspense, negotiated rebuttals, and understands how post-closing execution directly impacts cash flow, credibility, and risk. This role operates post-close, with full authority once loans fund, and plays a critical role in protecting capital and scaling delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Delivery Ownership & Execution Own end-to-end delivery of closed loa
