About the Role Cohere is seeking a creative Social Media Community Specialist to build and engage communities on X (Twitter) and Reddit. This intermediate individual contributor role is perfect for a digital storyteller passionate about bringing together audiences interested in AI and ML in a way that strengthens Cohere’s brand identity and technical credibility in the AI space. Key Responsibilities Create and post content tailored to each platform (X, Reddit) that will resonate with audiences interested in AI modelling and technology, ensuring a consistent yet platform-specific brand voice. Be the voice of Cohere in communities on Reddit and X where AI models are debated, dissected, and discussed. Champion Cohere’s “Sovereign AI” approach and positioning. Create a variety of content types, including text, visuals, and videos, optimized for social media engagement. Stay ahead of trends and leverage AI tools for content ideation, generation, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Product) to align content with broader company social campaigns and product launche
